Owen Sound Ontario is the place to be this week for this year’s Lupercalia Winter Art & Culture festival which includes two full nights of spectacular events for festival goers.  

The first night , features a Roxy Theatre Gala Concert with six incredible acts: the Silver Hearts, Jennifer Castle, Tyler Wagler and his Band, Tara & Trevor Mackenzie, Beckon, and the Electric Environment.  A former opera house and movie theatre, the Roxy Theatre stadium licensing allows patrons to enjoy beer, or wine in their theatre seats, while taking in the show.  

The second day and night Saturday, Feb. 18th, sees the core of Owen Sound turn into a Downtown Festival with 19 different cafes, restaurants, and cultural institutions opening their doors with performances and exhibitions from over 100 different artists and musicians from near and far.
